What is a baby hawk called?

A baby hawk is called an eyass. Eyass hawks are born covered in fluffy down feathers and are completely dependent on their parents for food and protection. As the eyass grows, it will start to develop its adult feathers and eventually learn to fly and hunt on its own. During this time, the parents will continue to provide guidance and support until the eyass is fully mature. Baby hawks are cute and adorable creatures, but they can also be quite fierce and agile hunters once they reach adulthood.
